How Can Kidney Stones Be Removed?
Hi sir I took scan found kidney stones L kidney 7mms,R kidney 7mm after usage of medicine free stone tablet 20days later got 7mms stone got urinated.Now left kidney having different kind of sense like some action happening on my left kidney.what to do now.please help me thanks

Since the size of stone is not much big, so I think it can be removed with medicines and also with some changes in your lifestyle.
Tab Chandrprabha wati 2TDS after meals
Syp Chandanasav 4tsf with water after meals
Drink a plenty of water.
Coconut water is very helpfull
Never hold your urine
Avoid spinach, tomato, guava etc
