How Can Kidney Stones Be Removed?

I m epileptic, take Topamax for my seizure and Potassium Citrate to control the forming of kidney stones caused by the Topamax. The potassium citrate has turned some the past kidney stone into mush like stones before they past, but they still form. I now have 2 kidney stones, one in each kidney, but with little pain, but stopping the follow of urine and causing constipation. How do I pass the stone these stones when the urologist and hospital can t answer this question?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Kidney stones of less than 7 mm can be removed by using alkylating agents and by means of 'flush (fluid) therapy'. Generally, it goes unnoticed when the stones are passed through urine. It can only be known by means of an ultrasound scan follow-up.
In case these stones are bigger in size, they can be removed by means of a non-invasive procedure called 'lithotripsy'.
Kindly consult Urologist for further evaluation and management.
