had an impacted wisdom tooth removed 20 days ago and the right side of my tongue feels burnt/numb and I can not taste food. I still cant open my mouth all the way, there is a bump where they removed it (not sure if thats from the bone regrowth) my jaw hurt, I have an ear ache and my throat hurts.. my dentist said its healing great and can take 2 months to completely heal... but I feel like this is not normal..
