How Can Itchy Rashes On The Neck And Scalp Be Treated?
I have had a rash on my neck and in my scalp for several months. My Dr. prescribed Spironolactone 1 pill taken twice daily and to apply Clobetasol solution 1 or twice daily. The area has not improved and new bumps have appeared. They do not hurt, but they often itch....Do you have any suggestion...I don t have the time to take off work...Please advise
Dandruff (seborrheic dermatitis) is the most common cause of an itchy rash on the scalp in adults and tends to affect the whole scalp; psoriasis is another common cause of itchy scalp and is often found just on the back of the scalp. TREATMENT controlling dandruff : maintain good hygiene, wash regularly with antidandruff shampoo or ketaconazol shampoo psoriasis : to confirm you should visit dermatologist and after tests if u confirmed with diagnosis then go for psoriasis treatment.
