How Can Itchy Genital Warts Be Treated?

i have just recently been treated for hpv genital warts, unfortunately the topical cream in using hasn t suppressed the itch of the warts. they re slowly starting to go away but itch now more than ever, it s almost like the cream has made them itch more. any home remedies i can do about this itch? calamine lotion? coritzone?
