How Can Itching In The Groin Be Treated?

Hi, I went to the doctors with a itchy groin which had spread to my foreskin and scrotum. He prescribed me with daktacort. I have been using it for 4 days and the itching has 80% gone bar my scrotum. But my scrotum is extremely red and it s worrying me. What should I do?

It is good that the itching is resolving with the said medication. Please rule out any fungal infection of the perineal or groin area by getting examined by a Dermatologist, who can examine and treat you.
