Hello User, I went through your query, Now, i understand that you are troubled by the itching that is caused by Athletes foot. It is a very annoying fungal infection and hence an antifungal medicine may be used to treat the fungus or slow its growth. So, Monistat cream or miconazole cream that you have at home can be very effectively used to treat this condition.First clean the area with ater and a mild soap, pat the area dry , and then apply the cream over the affected area It has been seen that Monistat cream(Miconazole)relieves yeast infection 4 times faster and also starts curing right at the site of infection. However , since you have not mentioned your sex, it is noteworthy that this cream /pill is not recommended for woman who are pregnant, or taking oral contraceptives pills. Also this drug should nt be taken if you are taking any antidiabetic drug. However, be sure to attend your dermatologist tomorrow to find out the cause for the same.Ask him/her advice and ways to prevent further occurence of such a condition. Also, if the condition is very severe , ask your physician if he could precribe you oral antifungal pills.
