How Can Itching And Burning Sensation In The Vagina Be Treated?

Hi i have bv ,so i went and got a bv gel course for 7 days its now the fourth night but my clitorious is now burning and itching has it got anything to do with me using the bv gel?? And also i have a spot of bleeding its pale pink has that got anything to do with the gel?? Ive just had enough now want my woman bits to go back to normal its getting me down so much and i dunno whats going on help me please !!

It is certainly possible for you to be experiencing a reaction to the gel, which is causing the irritation. Metronidazole can be taken orally to treat BV; however, it too has side effects. Typically 5 days of treatment with the vaginal metronidazole gel is needed to clear the infection.
