How Can Irritation In The Groin Area Be Treated?

Hello, My 6 year old girl struggling for 3 years with iritation in her private parts (vaginal and anal area) where skin touching. We used few different creams and oitment but nothing helepd, only for 2 or 3 days. We saw a dermatologists and kids gynecology but they didn t find anything except dry skin irritation. We using clear detergent, no soup in bath, Aveeno wash , but still nothing seems to work. Any clue what can help? Thank you in advance.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can try antihistaminic tablets with dosages based on her body weight. Maybe any allergen you are using is causing you all these symptoms.

Kindly evaluate what could be causing her this problem. if you can't rule out the condition then antihistaminics would subside that itching for some time.

Get a prescription for the same by any pediatrician. If this also doesn't help then we can think of steroids usage but that depends on clinical condition.
