How Can Irregular Periods Be Treated?

hi,I have the problem of PCOD and done with HSG test ,result is both tubes are blocked and I loosed the weight form 59 to 52,but still irregular periods and getting periods after using duphaston tablet only Is there any possibility to get the periods naturally and conceive normally please suggest me

One option is to go on Metformin and birth control pills. The birth control pills could be taken for 3-6 months to help regulate the periods. Once you stop the pills you may be able to conceive.
