How Can Irregular Periods Be Treated?

hi my periods is getting delayed. i am not pregnant. My doctor adviced to take susten 200 twice daily. But earlier she suggested to take susten 200 and susten 100 at night only. i am feeling tired taking susten 200 twice. What should i do?? should continue taking susten twice for 5 days and wait or shall i take only once? breaking the course will have side effects?

Hi, I think you should take susten 200 mg twice a day. You can take 400 mg at once also vaginally. After stopping the tablet, you will get your periods within 10 days. You can take some alternative progesterone like duphaston 10 mg twice a day if you are having severe side effects.
