Hi,

I can understand your concern for your symptoms, leakage of sperm during sleep is called nocturnal emissions. Its common in adulthood and during puberty, nocturnal emissions is nothing but normal sperm getting out of your penis due to decreased sex or masturbation.

If you had a strong desire for sex and watched porn, about to had sex with your partner and for some reason it dint happen. No need to worry simple masturbation will help you out of embarrassment.

If you feel bad for masturbation there are other ways to
1. Sleep adjustment
2. Quality of sleep
3. Healthy and balanced diet
4. Programming for leisure time
5. Development of spirituality or yoga

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. S.R. Raveendran,
