How Can Insomnia Along With Headache And Dizziness Be Treated?

Hello my name is trace. Earlier last month I couldn t sleep than I kind of got back into my groove so I was feeling better then I started to not act like my self I started getting headaches and sometimes dizziness I think that it s because of not sleeping right but I don t know.

Insomnia can in itself cause headache and dizziness. However, cervical spondilosis, internal ear problems, migraine all can cause these symptoms. You need proper investigation to diagnose and manage your problem.
