Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your history
- inflammation in the anus
- constipation
- cervical or lumbar plates with OA with pain
Possible causes of inflammation in the anus may be due to infection or hemorrhods or thread worm infestation or fissure or fistula etc. How come do you know that your having colitis. If colitis is there then blood in stool or mucous in stool with pain. Constipation may be due to inflammation, need to take care about Infection first. Take high fiber diet with laxatives may help. Cervical or lumbar plates and pain may need to consult your orthopedician he will check it is a arthritis pain or muscular pain. use tablet Tramadol and paracetamol twice a day for five days. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly. Take care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
