How Can Infertility Due To Low Sperm Count Be Treated?

Hi My sperm count is low only 4 to 6 millions... And also having low motility... Doctor gave me tablets to increase the sperm count and motility... Will medicine help to solve this issue... Is there nesscity of frequent sex during the ovulation period of my wife.. So we have more chances to have a baby..
