How Can Infertility Be Treated?

Hello Dr. I am sherly, I been married 6yrs ago but still dint have baby, I go for the hospital and Dr. said that my amh level is 0.12 it is very low chances to get conceive so she advised to go for ivf but me and Family was not peace to go for it. Now I have to know that whether any other remedy is there for me to get conceive, pls clear my doubt but sure I won t to go for ivf

Hi I think your ovaries have less number of eggs according to the AGM level. You can track your ovulation by repeated ultrasound and see if ovulation is happening or not. If ovulation is not happening, it is better to undergo IVF. If you don't want to undergo IVF, you can try 2 to 3 cycles of ovulation induction with timed intercourse if your husbands semen analysis is normal. If follicle is forming by ovulation induction, you can conceive by that but chance is very little. Also take some medicines like DHEA 75 daily for 3 to 6 months. It helps in increasing ovarian reserve. Talk to your doctor regarding this. Hope it helps.
