General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Based on the description, it appears that the cause for difficulty in conceiving for the 2nd time could be due to blockage in the fallopian tube. Kindly get hysterosalpingogram (HSG) investigation done and consult a gynecologist with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain S
