How Can Infantile Hemangiomas Be Treated?

Is there any trestments for premature babies with at 40 weeks old now with hemangiomas that also have broncholpulmonary disease. currently on oxygen at home? it is located above the eye right below the eyebrow. looks puffy and looks to have gotten slighlty larger
