General & Family Physician 's  Response
Cetil causes gastrointestinal side effects such as nausea, vomiting, gagging, and epigastric burning due to irritation of stomach mucosa.
Advice
1.     Omeprazole 20 mg once daily per oral empty stomach for 7 days
2.     Domperidone 10 mg daily per oral for 5 days
3.     Avoid alcohol, smoking, spicy food, and non-steroidal pain killer for few days
4.     Avoid coffee and tea after meal
5.     Avoid eating 3 hours before lying down
6.     Raise the head of your bed
7.     Do not eat heavily at a time. Eat smaller meals
8.     Do not lie down immediately after meal
Thanks
