Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Avoid caffeine, alcohol or any other addiction. Addictions have a tendency to lower your appetite. You can take Pantoprazole, once daily to prevent bloating or formation of gas, take plenty of water much ahead of meals. Some food cause loss of appetite or indigestion, study yourself & try to find out what food you eat that causes you discomfort and goes unnoticed. Do not go to bed immediately after the meals.
You can take some medications like Aristozyme capsules once daily about an hour before meals for better appetite and digestion. Avoid junk food and get TSH, Thyroid tests done to screen out any thyroid disease.

Hope I have answered your query.
Take care.
Regards,
Dr Nupur K
