How Can I Reduce The Following Levels?

I am Diabetic, but it in under control. 3 months back i suffered from fever, cold and cough. From that day i am feeling very week. On 11th of this month i have done CBC. in that TLC count is 16800 PCV 31.0% MCV 78.8fl MCHC 38.0g/dl. I have admitted in hospital and taken treatment. Then it reduced to 16000. Know i am taking treatment for that..Can you advice me how i can reduce these levels?

dear sir raise of total counts is a protective mechanism by out body againest infections, its a normal phenomenon once infection is settling the counts will come down dont worry about that,,,,,,,increased counts with out infection occur in very rara conditions,,,,have a quick recovery ,,,,regards
