I have delivered a baby and now he is at the age of 7th month. this is my second delivery and c section, my first delivery was normal and the boy's age is 2 years 3 months. As per my gyenic advise i prefered copper T rather i prefer family planning operation, she asked us to wait one more year for the operation. After my second delivery i put on to much of wait i.e from 64kg to 81kg(Height 5'8 inches). Can I do skipping now to reduce my weight faster?
I understand your concern. Yes, you may gradually start working out to reduce your weight. Start gradually with walking/brisk walking. Gradually increase the workload for your body.
Also, make sure in the process of loosing weight, you don't compromise on your food as your body requires good nutrition as you recover.
Ideally, your BMI (Body mass index) should be between 18.5 - 24.99. This is considered good for health, taking into consideration your weight and height. Formula for calculating BMI is - Weight/(Height)2 (i.e square of your height in mts)
Eat a balanced diet and gradually work out to bring your BMI to normal limits.
