How Can I Reduce My ESR Level?

My ESR is increased as i just finished my Hept-C treatment. During the treatment it has increased. Now tell me how i can reduce it without going to the doctor as immediately its not possible. But will visit the doctor in couple of days. Thanks and regards

Let me know you that ESR is non specific marker that suggest inflammation or infection or any malignancy.

Here your ESR elevated because of hepatitis C...

So if you will recover from hepatitis C then it will automatically come down to normal.

If hepatitis C not cured then it will remain elevated.

Meanwhile take good lifestyle habit for avoiding further liver damage.like....
More fruits.
Avoid trans fat.
Regular exercise
Papaiya seed with lemon juice
Avoid refined food and fat.

Monitor hepatitis c viral marker as chances of chronicle c infection are more with that of hepatitis C.
