Please I am 40 years old, I am dieting and playing exercise for 2 years now, I am eatin mainly salads with a little dressing, I lost in the first year 6 Kg and now I am on the same weight or even increasing although I am still following my plan for weight loss, It is very depressing I do not know what to do?
Here is dietary guidelines for weight lose 1) Avoid Junk food 2)Avoid carbonated Beverages 3)Avoid clarified butter 4) Just take 8 hours sleep, getting more sleep leads to more weight gain 5)Take more vegetables and fruits 6) Take lean meat 7)Take 1-2 glasses of water before lunch and dinner then take your meals after 15 minutes 8) Do 30 minutes walk 9) Take 1 glass luke warm water, add 1 tsp apple cider vinegar and take this before breakfast, after 15 minutes take your breakfast
