you should follow a healthy life style which include 45 min walk/aerobic exercise
plus a weight loss
diet should be low in fat and calorie--no fried,no sweet,no maida,no full cream milk and its products
Eat high protein diet.high fibre diet-sprouts,egg whites,bran wheat flour ,fruits and salad,
also please follow regular intervals b/w 2 meals(3 hrs).Breakfast,mid meal,lunch,eve tea,dinner.
in between if u r hungry you can opt for fruits and salad
