How Can I Increase My Height?

Hello doctor,
I have masturbate at the age of 12 and right now i am 29 year old and unmarried and my height is 5.3"
i have dought i have masturbate at the age of 10 then my height is not increase however my father height is 6 feet and my mother height is 5 feet.
Any procedure to increase height at this age? and Masturbate was effected me for growth?

Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

I understand that you are worried whether masturbation could have caused you height to be less. Now, the first thing to remember is that height is mostly genetically determined and after a person reaches adulthood, it is not possble to increase his height.

Secondly, masturbation is considered as a normal sexual beahviour and it does not cause any adverse health problems. So, masturbation has nothing to do with your height / growth.
