How Can I Get Rid Off From Belching Problem?

Hi my name is Lyn I am 64 years young and weigh 122k (working on that) I have this belching problem some days are worse than others it stats with a build up of pain behind shoulder blades or back of ribs on bad days my belching is so loud and annoying to everyone around me, and they take that much energy out of me I feel very weak. A few years ago I went to the specilist and he said he has seen this before sometimes it goes away quickly or it last for years and said he did not know the reason and try peptide which was quite useless. My biggest mystery is I never do this in public but as soon as I get in the car it starts up feeling the pain then the very loud belches and of course in my home I am likely to belch on bad days over 100 time or more a day .I have had chronic Fatigue about 10 years ago and when I was a child always every year tosilites and bronchitis I had my gall bladder removed in 2007 and I think that is abut that time I started to belch but it is getting worse as I get older .hope you can suggest something that may help. Many Thanks Lyn Ingham

For the belching avoid all foods that cause gas such as onions and cauliflower. Taking probiotics may also help with the gas by returning normal flora to the intestines. Another cause of gas may be dairy products if you are lactose intolerant; try to avoid cheese, yogurt and milk for a couple days and if symptoms improve, you are lactose intolerant and need to avoid all dairy products. If symptoms continue see a doctor to check your stool to see if you have a bacteria in your intestines that can be treated with an antibiotic.
