How Can I Get Rid Of Red Marks On My Face?

Hello sir , I had severe acne from past 2-3 years but now its all clear but I have red marks on my face which looks very awkward .... I consulted doctor they have given kojivit gel for marks. Will this works for my red marks? If so how much amount should I have to use it ? Suggest me any good soap for reducing red marks n to get clear skin Please suggest me to get clear skin Sir ... Plz reply sir

Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

You seem to have post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and post-acne scar erythema. While erythema of scars would resolve gradually, for post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, you could use a topical skin lightening agent e.g kojic acid or hydroquinone or azaleic acid.

Apply a thin layer over the affected area twice daily.

Also use a broad spectrum sunscreen throughout the day.
