SGPT is an enzyme which is normally released from the liver cells. the increase in sgpt more than sgot and associated mid increase in alkaline phosphatase tells us that there is a problem with the liver. this could be an associated infection.
in case you are otherwise healthy and this is just a routinely done lab result.
you should avoid alcohol, reduce weight , check if you have diabetes, check if your lipid profile is normal.

cause of raised aspt to be determined if it can be and treatment of the cause to be taken
once the cause treated as liver regenerate fast ,recovery will be hastened ,
high carbohydrate diets with glucose drinks will help recovery
