Hello doctor ..This is suganya..My ear s are filled with dust..It forms one round roll .How can i clean this..Can u help me?I cant hear one side..Its full of dust..My ears are paining too.Because i tried to clean..

welcome to health care family,
from your complain it seems that you have got good amount of wax in your ears,it stuck in the ears leading to problem in hearing.
if wax stuck to drums leading to infection and pain.
to dissolve the wax,wax dissolving ear drops are available in the market,put for few days,wax will be softened and then get removed,for pain and infection,you may go for antibiotic and pain relief medicines.
you consult your doctor and seek his advice.
