What can I suggest to te doctor or what Can I do? Thank you!!!
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Hypothyroidsm is such a disease that you have to keep patience with yourself. Medications depend upon your symptoms & blood tests, after you take the prescribed medications you will feel better & fatigue, exhaustion even palpitations will stay under control. Never stop your Hypothyroid medications else your condition may worsen. You can take diet that is rich i calcium, multivitamin supplements & antacids (aluminum hydroxide) to feel better. You can always change your doctor if you are not satisfied with the treatment. Keep healthy lifestyle, exercise, avoid stress & anxiety. Stay happy.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
