General & Family Physician 's  Response
dear shri dash
thanks for writing to health care magic.
First of all we must be aware of the cause of hypokalemia.
There are many causes associated with it and most are quite important.Taking syp potklor ,it is very important that we get a serum electrolyte(sodium, potassium, calcium) measured regularly. Please be aware that potassium if goes excess can precipitate cardiac arrhythmia.
On the other hand some fruits, raw coconut water are rich in potassium as well which we can supplement if suitable.I hope sugar levels are normal.
Take care.
Hope this helps
most welcome for further queries.
