I am having an issue with anxiety and hypertension. Dr increased my propranolol 80 XL to 120 XL on Jan 3. I was also on Wellbutrin 150 XL. I began having anxiety attacks. I have now been weaned off of the Wellbutrin, last dose yesterday morning. Will be starting Zoloft 25 mg tomorrow but am concerned about the possible interaction. With anxiety I had some bad thoughts . Not suicidal but fleeting thoughts about dying. Scared me. I am a nurse. When Wellbutrin was weaned I was weaned from 150 XLTo immediate release 75 mg. Anxiety was less and bad thoughts were less on weaning dose of Wellbutrin. The informational sheets given to me by pharmacy is making me ask with my situation will it be safe to take Zoloft 25 mg in am if I take my propranolol 120 XL tonight. My dr is aware of all my meds and said that is why we are starting on half dose of Zoloft. Just concerned. Thanks for your time.
