I am a diabetic patient since the last more than 10 years. I was hospitalised in 2010 due to high sugar and followed by inability to void urine, which was eventually due to mild hydronephrosis. I was on Catheter for 1 year and after discharge from the hospital I was advised to have Hum Insulim 30/70 - 2 times daily (25 Units in Day and 20 Units in Night), Aldonil Tabs, Urifast Tabs. (both twice daily) and Tamflo .04 once in night. Now, I have already discontinued Aldonil and Urifast Tabs. but I am still continuing taking Insulin 2 times daily and Tamflo 0.04 Tabs. (once in Night). My questions are as follows ? 1. If I stop taking Tamflo .04 even for 3 or 4 days, I face urine problems in the sense that my urine passage becomes compressed while urinating and the urine comes like sprinkles and there is no complete voiding. 2. I am 51 years age old and I am totally deprived of sexual pleasure with my wife. I fear it may be due to taking Tamflo continuously for the last more than 7 1/2 years. Please clarify. 3. Even at times when I think to sexually satisfy myself, I find ejaculation problems that is most times sperm does not come out at all. At times, even if it comes out, it is 2 or 3 drops and that is also merely like water. 4. In short, does consuming Tamflo continuously for 7 1/2 years afffects some body s sexual desire, vigour and power ? 5. Should I at all continue TAMFLO 0.04 ? 6. Please advise alternatively what medicine should I have for for treatment of urination problem which eventually does not affect my sexual power or vigour. 7. Also please advise/suggest some good medicines which eventually boosts my sexual desire/vigour/power and which does not have any side effects.
