How Can Hormonal Acne Be Treated?
I m currently taking Aviane, metformin, pravastatin, losartin. I m having a problem with horomonal acne. Purchased guggul and Thorne SAT supplements along with an adrenal supplement containing panax ginseng, holy basil and Rhodiola Rosea root all supposedly natural remedies for horomonal acne. I m having trouble finding information on line concerning drug interactions with my current meds. HELP!

Aviane may cause acne so you may use oral antibiotics or local application of benzoyl peroxide with salicylic acid cream for 1-2 weeks.
If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you with an alternate method of contraception.
