Doctors have tried to control my blood pressure for years , it spikes high sometimes with a feeling i have told them feels like a shot of adrenalin . Stress seems to play arole in it. I have also been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes which spiked at an A1c of 8.4 but it also fluctuates . My doctor said today these are not related. My question is would I really benefit from going to an endocrinologist . This has been going on for 20+ years.
