How Can Hiatal Hernia Along With IBS Be Managed?

Hi! I have a terrible hiatal hernia as well as IBS symptoms from mal rotation. I have terrible bloating, acid reflux, pain under my ribs, poor digestion, nausea, etc. I was wondering if medical marijuana would help. I am so desperate for help everything I try does nothing! Please help! Thanks!!

Hello,

No, I do not recommend marijuana at all. Please get a colonoscopy done to see if you have any pathology if not then it is all your mental problems. IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome) is not a problem of the body it is a disease of mind-affecting on the body.

Kindly do yoga, meditation or exercise to have control over your mind. Then all your problems are reduced. If you do not treat your root problems, then the body will never heal. Just taking painkiller will not help in the long go.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
