General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Hepatic adenoma treatment will depend on the its site and stage.
Biopsy report and radiological investigations will help in the management.
Best treatment is resection by surgery and should be excised.
It should be followed by the chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
I would suggest to consult the hepatobiliary specialist and take proper treatment.
Hope this may help you

Best regards
Dr. Sagar
