General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

As far as my clinical experience is concerned, the cause of heart failure is a major determinant for management as it's from preload, afterload, cardiac hypertrophy or else.

If you can provide me with all the reports of the laboratory, 2D echo, angiography or so forth, I can guide further precisely in this matter.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
