How Can Headache And Soreness In Head After Head Injury Be Treated ?

I fell down my stairs and smacked my head hard. All I remember was seeing a very bright light and I was up and able to walk. I was dizzy, and had a headache. I went to sleep four hours later, and everything seemed to be fine. just had a sore head. It has been almost been five days, and I have had a non stop headache, but its worse. and my right side of my head on my temple is very very sore to touch. and my whole forhead... will it go away on its own??

No it won t , you need a brain MRI to check for signs of concussion , ignoring the problem can cause chronic headache
