How Can Gynecomastia Be Treated?

Doctor i am from pakistan , I recently had gynecomastia surgery here 4 weeks ago . I didn t have large chest but i had extremely puffy nipples. They did the surgery and i still feel puffiness in my nipples and they go in when i feel cold . Please help me to understand what is the problem.

Usually after most surgery, there would be some degree of swelling at the operated site for about a week or 10 days. Then this swelling slowly resolves, and becomes normal in about one month time. If the surgery has been correctly done, all your problems of having puffiness of the nipple areas would become normal in another 2 weeks or so. If it persists, and is painful, may be there could be some low grade inflammation of the operated site. In such a case it would be good to consult the doctor who operated, and diagnose and advise you.
