How Can Glandular Fever And Skin Infection Be Treated?
Daughter , 15 years , had a blood text late Jan which showed current or recent glandular fever. Been well since but has a skin infection and prescribed flucloxacillin and she didn’t tell school doctor she had had glandular fever. Will the antibiotics be okay

1) Discuss with Doctor about antibiotics like [Azithromycin] and it will be better for secondary infection due to this infection.
2) Do take rest and drink plenty of fluid.
3) Discuss with your Doctor about a short course of [prednisone].
Do follow few preventive steps like this:
1) Do not kiss others as this virus spread through saliva.
2) Do not share food, dishes, glasses, and utensils until several days after your fever has subsided.
