General & Family Physician 's  Response
As such no medicine is safe during pregnancy. Aciloc belongs to category B pregnancy drug as per US FDA. Category B drugs include drugs for which well-controlled studies in pregnant women have failed to demonstrate a risk to the fetus in any trimester of pregnancy.
Advice
1.     Continue Aciloc as suggested by your doctor for 2 weeks only
2.     Continue taking levothyroxine 62.6 mcg daily
3.     Quit smoking & alcohol if you are taking it
4.     Avoid eating 3 hours before lying down
5.     Raise the head of your bed
6.     Avoid spicy foods, fatty foods, mint, chocolate, tomato-based foods, and coffee
7.     Investigation – serum TSH, Hb%
Please consult your doctor with report so that any dose escalation of levothyroxine might be needed. Adequate control of hypothyroidism is needed during pregnancy to avoid mental retardation in fetus.
Thanks
