How Can Gamma Glutamyl Transferase Level Be Reduced?

Dear Dr. Narasi, i had liver test done all results normal except Gamma GT is 76. I don t drink at all and never have drank alcahol in my live. I am 54 and very healthy, never sick. My acid levels are high and my fasting sugar increased to 7.6. My sugar levels are always normal and balanced. My Triglyceride is 2.3 rest of cholecterol levels perfect. Kidney fumction normal. How can I lower GT level please? The passed year has been stressful adrenanline levels increased. My stress levels will start decreasing now as I have sorted out the cause of stress. Your advise will be appreciated. Thank you. Take care, Leonie
