General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Unfortunately, there are no medical means for gall stone removal. Do dietary change, avoid heavy, fatty, oily meals, tea, coffee, spices, transfat, and junk. Maintain an ideal weight and be physically active.

Take smaller frequent meals instead of large three. The last remedy is lap surgery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
