How Can Frostbite On The Fingers Be Treated?

Hi. Just wondering if I should consult a doctor I have minor frostbite on my fingers symptoms are hard skin lack of felling tingling sensation peeling of skin and vertical blood lines under my nail after a week. no blister or blue, black in colour looks like 1st degree frostbite?
