How Can Foot Numbness Due To Lack Of Circulation Be Treated?

I have a problem with my top of my foot feeling numb for the last two days and it happened while I was climbing a tree because of me being a tree climber as an arborist. I believe that the strap on my foot may have been to tight and cut off the circulation

Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you got numbness in your foot . I think due to tight straps may have pressed one of cutaneous nerves causing there temporary paralysis leading to numbness. Mecobalamin will help in recovering the foot numbness. If pain you can take analgesic such as ibuprofen. Vitamin B and C are helpful in recovering. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. Wishing you good health. Take care.
