Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You must have had infection of the joint cavity of your knees for which pus has been drained. You must be given a course of antibiotics to get rid of residual infection. Kindly take the medication as prescribed. Your joint tissues must return to normal with the prescribed medications and hence you should recover back to normal. Kindly do the necessary follow-up as advised by your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
