General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I am sorry for the problems you are facing.

Traveling from one country to another is associated with digestion disturbances unfortunately (as in your case). Changes to new food can also cause digestive problems like bloating.

The whitish tongues you have together with bad taste in mouth is suggestive of possible fungal infection of the mouth and stomach issues.

I advise to:
- take probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora
- take simethicone for bloating
- take antacids to normalize stomach pH

If this won't resolve your symptoms, should see your physician as might need further diagnostic tests and prescription meds.

Wish fast recovery.
