How Can Fever, Cough And Cold In A Toddler Be Treated?

Hi doctor am amaka from nigeria pls my 3 years old child developed a fever with cough ,runny nose, for a week now though I have given her some malaria drugs it is still not working just today I saw some other symptoms like watery red itchy eyes too what medicin e should I give her its over a week now help

$ gargles with salted lukewarm water and added peppermint oil 3 times a
day .
$ Syrup paracetamol according to the weight 3 times a day .
$ Should seek advise of your doctor for the need of antibiotic and
cough syrup , decongestants .
$ Avoid exposure to excess cold .
$ Dietary control as avoidance of excess sugar, candy , chocolates, ice
creams , junk foods .
$ Splashing of both eyes with cold water 4 - 5 times a day .
